Online Card Verification

To verify your credit/debit card online, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to My Account and select Verification Centre. 

Step 2: Next to each unverified card will be a red Verify Now button. Select this to reveal the Confirm Pre-Authorisation button.

Step 3: Select Confirm Pre-Authorisation to issue a small verification amount to your card. This charge typically appears as a pending verification transaction in your online banking statement.

Step 4: Login to your online banking account and navigate to the current transactions list for the credit/debit card in question. You should see a small pending transaction from Ladbrokes listed. 

Step 5: Enter this small transaction amount into the box within the Verification Centre of your Ladbrokes Account and select Verify. This should automatically verify your card online.

Note: The authorisation charge will remain active on your account for 7 days.
