International Racing
Singapore and Hong Kong Racing

- Exotic Bets on Singapore and Hong Kong races will be paid at Victorian Tote.
French Racing
- For all French racing, the starting price is the last fixed odds offered by us on that race. If we do not offer fixed odds on that race, the starting price is the official dividend declared by the PMU (available at www.pmu.fr).
USA Racing - Fixed Odds
- For all USA racing where fixed pricing is offered, the starting price is the last fixed odds offered by us on that race. If we do not offer fixed odds on that race, the final dividend will be paid based on the US Tote dividend provided by EasyGate.
USA Racing - Tote Derivative Betting
- Only the following bet types are available for USA Tote Derivative betting:
- USA Tote Win
- USA Tote Place
- Exotics bets including Exacta and Trifecta
- USA Tote Place bets are settled to the USA Tote show pool. All bets wagered on show markets are refunded where the number of betting interests has been reduced to less than eight (8).
- Bets are settled using the odds as declared by the US tracks (via EasyGate) as the official results. All odds and potential dividends displayed on our site prior to a race starting are for guidance only and are provided to us by the racetracks via EasyGate. Where EasyGate do not declare an Exotic dividend, successful Exotic bets will be settled as follows:
- A successful Exacta dividend will be calculated by multiplying the Win dividend of the winner (declared by EasyGate) by the Place dividend of the 2nd placed runner (declared by EasyGate).
- A successful Trifecta dividend will be calculated by multiplying the Win dividend of the winner (declared by EasyGate) by the Place dividend of the 2nd placed runner (declared by EasyGate) by the Place dividend for the 3rd placed runner (declared by EasyGate).
- Bet types on individual races are only accepted where they are made available by the relevant track and for which the appropriate betting pool has been opened via EasyGate.
- Stakes are refunded on any race declared a “no contest” by the relevant US track. A simple rule is that when there is a dividend for a bet type declared - then you’re on!
- Stakes are refunded on certain pool bet types when the amount of runners in a race is less than four.
- Track odds are paid upon results as declared by the US Host Track (via EasyGate).
- All monies wagered on races are refunded where races have insufficient wagering interests remaining to fulfill the requirements of the bet type due to scratched (non-runners) entrants.
- For Win pools and Exacta pools offered in contests where the number of betting interests has been reduced to less than two (2).
- For Quinella pools and Trifecta pools offered in contests where the number of betting interests has been reduced to fewer than three (3).
- The US Host Track’s rules apply, and can be found at http://arcicom.businesscatalyst.com/members.html.
- The US Host Track’s settlement rules apply in regard to non-runners, refunds and consolations. These include:
- Stakes are refunded on Win and Place wagering where the selection(s) is scratched (non-runner).
- Stakes are refunded on Exacta, Quinella and Trifecta wagers that include a scratched (non-runner) selection. In boxed (combination) wagers on these bet types, refunds are made on all elements of the multiple wager incorporating the scratched selection(s) and wagers stand on elements of multiple wagers devoid of scratched selection(s).
- The individual US Host Track settlement rules apply in regard to coupled and mutual fields selections. Coupled and mutual fields selections in the US are treated as a single wagering entry in ALL pools. Where any contestant in a coupled entry or mutual field is officially withdrawn or scratched, the remaining contestants in that coupled entry or mutual field remain valid betting interests. If all contestants within a coupled entry or mutual field are scratched, then tickets on such betting interests are refunded, notwithstanding other provisions of these rules.
- Bets are accepted up to the closure of wagering at the US Host Track.
- Coupling arrangements do not apply where a fixed price (or Industry SP) is taken on any US racing. Bets are settled based on the published result from the US Host Track.
