How do I use Cash-In?

You can deposit money into your betting account using Cash-In via the mobile app or website. Simply follow the step-by-step guides below: 

1: Enter the amount you want to deposit via the mobile app to retrieve a unique deposit code and the location of your nearest participating store. 

2. Preset your unique code to the newsagent to complete the deposit. Your account balance will update automatically once payment has been confirmed. 

How long will it take for funds to appear in my account? 

Your account balance will update as soon as the deposit is completed in-store.

Is there a minimum deposit amount?

Yes, there is a minimum deposit amount of $10.00.

Is there a maximum deposit amount? 

You can deposit up to $2,500.

To redeem a Cash-In card, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the Account tab and select Deposit, followed by Cash-In.

Step 2: Select Redeem Prepaid Card

Step 3: Enter the QR code (the alphanumerical code located underneath the QR barcode) and the card PIN in the boxes provided.

Step 4: Select the Continue button.

Step 5: Refresh your account to view your updated account balance.

To find a store near you that provides our Cash-In service, you can use our Find a Store feature within the Cash-In section. Enter a suburb or postcode into the box provided and select the relevant location from the pre-populated list. This will display on the map all of the locations near you that provide this service.
