Cancel Withdrawal Feature

To cancel a pending withdrawal, navigate to the My Account section and select Withdraw. In the Pending Withdrawals section, there will be a cancel button. Select this to cancel your withdrawal.

If this option is not available, this means that your withdrawal has already been processed by our Finance team and is no longer able to be cancelled.

To turn off the ability to cancel pending withdrawals please navigate to the My Account section and select User Settings:

• To cancel the pending withdrawal feature, untick the checkbox and select the Save & Close button.
• The status will change from Active to Disabled

Please note that once you have turned off your ability to cancel withdrawals, you will not be able to turn it back on again.
